A very easy to prepare meatloaf that is always very juicy and flavorful.
Ingredients
- condensed tomato soup: 1 can (10.75 ounce can, divided)
- ½ pounds ground beef: 1 piece
- dry bread crumbs: 0.5 cup
- egg, lightly: 1 piece (beaten)
- onion: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- salt: 1 tsp
- pepper: 1 tsp
- water: 0.25 cup
- prepared yellow mustard: 0.5 tsp
- mozzarella cheese: 0.5 cup (shredded)

Heat a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatloaves in the hot skillet, then reduce heat to medium and cover with a lid. Simmer for about 25 minutes, or until meat is cooked through. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
