A great, tangy take on the traditional bean burrito with Sloppy Joe filling. Very simple and quick to prepare and mild enough that kids love it.
Ingredients
- lean ground beef: 1 pound
- Sloppy Joe sauce: 1 can (15.5 ounce can)
- refried beans: 1 can (30 ounce can)
- flour tortillas: 6 piece (10 inch)
- ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese: 1 piece
- black olives: 1 cup (drained, diced)
- sour cream: 1 cup
- medium red onion: 1 piece (diced)

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

Reduce heat to medium and stir in Sloppy Joe sauce. Stir in refried beans until blended and cook until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, warm tortillas over medium-low heat on a flat skillet.

Fill tortillas with meat mixture and top as desired with Cheddar cheese, black olives, sour cream, and diced onion.
