This Sloppy Joe casserole is a great comfort food recipe that I love to make on a cold winter day. It's always a hit at potluck dinners.

- penne pasta: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)

- ground beef: 1 pound
- medium yellow onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- green bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- paprika: 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder: 2 tsp
- kosher salt: 2 tsp
- (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce: 2 piece
- ketchup: 0.5 cup
- yellow mustard: 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 Tbsp
- light brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
- frozen yellow corn kernels: 2 cups
- ½ cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese: 1 piece (divided)
