This ham and corn chowder slow cooker recipe is really good to make when it's cold outside, and you want something hot and yummy when you get home from work.

Ingredients

  • potatoes: 5 piece (cubed)
  • onions: 2 piece (chopped)
  • ham: 2 cups (diced)
  • stalks celery: 3 piece (chopped)
  • whole kernel corn, undrained: 1 can (15.25 ounce can)
  • margarine: 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
  • cubes chicken bouillon: 2 piece
  • evaporated milk: 1 can (12 fluid ounce can)

  1. Place potatoes, onions, ham, celery, corn, margarine, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Add bouillon cubes and enough water to cover.
