Ingredients

  • baby red potatoes, quartered: 10 piece
  • carrots, peeled and cut into matchstick pieces: 4 piece
  • onion, peeled and: 1 piece (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • water: 4 cups
  • corned beef brisket with spice packet: 1 piece (4 pound)
  • ounces beer: 6 piece
  • head cabbage: 0.5 piece (chopped)

  1. Place potatoes, carrots, and onion into the bottom of a slow cooker; add water and place brisket on top of vegetables. Pour beer over brisket; sprinkle over spices from the packet and cover.
