A nourishing, rich soup of broccoli and turkey prepared in a slow cooker. It's a great lunch option for the whole family. The recipe is also great for children from 1 yo.
Ingredients
- turkey fillet: 230 g
- carrots: 100 g
- potato: 230 g
- broccoli: 350 g
- salt: 1 tsp

Wash the turkey and cut it into small pieces. Peel carrots and potatoes and also cut into small cubes.

Put meat, carrots and potatoes in the bowl of the slow cooker, add salt and pour 1.8 liters of water. Turn on the program "Soup", set the time 40 minutes. Take away the foam from time to time.

Add broccoli (you can use frozen) and cook in the "Soup" mode for another 5 minutes.
