Ingredients
- water: 2 cups
- milk: 1 cup
- steel-cut oats: 1 cup
- medium apple - peeled, cored, and: 1 piece (chopped)
- brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
- ½ tablespoons butter, cut into 6 pieces: 1 piece (optional)
- ground cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
