- ground black pepper: 4 Tbsp (to taste)
- cider vinegar: 1 Tbsp
- dash hot pepper sauce: 1 piece
- dash Worcestershire sauce: 1 piece
- sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices: 2 pound
