I think this fish dip recipe is world-class and puts most others to shame! It is served in several prominent restaurants on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Serve with crackers, lemon or lime wedges, and capers.
Ingredients
- flaked smoked whitefish: 2 cups
- fat-free sour cream: 4 Tbsp
- fat-free mayonnaise: 2 Tbsp
- drops hot pepper sauce: 4 piece (to taste)
- drops Worcestershire sauce: 3 piece (to taste)
- drops liquid smoke flavoring: 3 piece (optional)
- pinch seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay: 1 piece
- cracked black pepper: (to taste)
