- whole turkey breast: 1 piece (7 pound)
- chicken broth: 0.5 cup
- unsalted butter: 0.25 cup (melted)
- kosher salt: 1 tsp
- poultry seasoning: 0.5 tsp
- unsalted butter: 2 Tbsp
- kosher salt: 2 tsp
- paprika: 2 tsp
- garlic powder: 1 tsp
- onion powder: 1 tsp
- ground black pepper: 1 tsp

Preheat a smoker to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Add hickory chips according to manufacturer's instructions.

Combine chicken broth, melted butter, salt, and poultry seasoning in a small bowl. Inject solution evenly throughout breast.
