Ingredients

  • vegetable shortening: 1 cup
  • white sugar: 1 cup
  • milk: 0.25 cup
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour: 3 cups
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • baking soda: 1 tsp
  • butter: 0.25 cup
  • confectioners' sugar: 3 cups
  • ½ teaspoons vanilla extract: 1 piece (to taste)
  • milk: 2 Tbsp (or as needed)
