Bolognese is a very popular Italian sauce, which can be cooked not only for spaghetti but for any other pasta. Its recipe is rather simple but substantial and tasty.
Ingredients
- basil: 3 piece
- canned tomatoes: 600 g
- tomatoes: 5 piece
- celery: 2 piece
- onion: 1 piece
- salt: 1 tsp (per taste)
- black pepper: 2 pinch (per taste)
- cream: 5 Tbsp
- olive oil: 3 Tbsp
- parmesan: 4 Tbsp (grated)
- meat: 500 g (minced)

Peel and chop onion.

Pour olive oil into a pan, throw onion and fry until it is soft.

Add canned tomatoes and celery. Stew during 15 minutes on a medium flame, stirring sometimes.

Pour cream, sprinkle salt and black pepper. Stir well.

Take another pan and fry minced meat.

Fry until it is cooked.

Add sauce to the cooked minced meat.

Add sliced tomatoes.

Mix and cook until tomatoes are soft.

Cook spaghetti according to instruction, mix it with sauce. Serve with parmesan and basil.
