Spaghetti taste great with any ingredients, but their combination with sea products is especially successful! This is the Italian recipe of spaghetti with crabs, which will certainly appeal to you and your loved ones!
Ingredients
- сrab phalanges: 2 piece (frozen)
- spaghetti: 0.5 pack
- cherry tomatoes: 150 g
- basil: 1 piece (fresh)
- garlic: 2 clove
- cognac: 2 Tbsp
- olive oil: 20 ml
- lemon juice: 10 ml (optional)
- flour: 10 g

Prepare the products first. If you have frozen crab phalanges, defreeze them and boil in the water with lemon juice.

Now, let’s cook the sauce. Pour cherry tomatoes with hot boiling water, peel them and cut into 2 halves. Then chop the garlic.

Cut the crab phalanges with the scissors and remove the meat.

Cut the crab into large pieces

Boil spaghetti until the “al dente” condition with regard to the directions mentioned on the pack

Warm olive oil on the frying pan a bit. Add garlic and crab pieces. Right after that, add cognac. Stew everything for 30 seconds only to let the alcohol evaporate a bit.

Then add cherry tomatoes

Pour water and keep stewing for several minutes more. Add a piece of butter and a bit of flour. The sauce is now ready!

Add boiled spaghetti and basil to the sauce. Mix everything well to let the spaghetti soak the sauce. Serve the dish warm! Enjoy!
