Spaghetti with ham and cream sauce is a nice lunch meal for the whole family or a nice dinner, up to you. Look, it is always so easily and quickly cooked and so substantial. If you are a spaghetti eater, this recipe for you!


  • oil : 2 Tbsp
  • parmesan : 50 g
  • yolk : 3 piece
  • garlic : 3 clove
  • cream : 200 g
  • ham : 100 g
  • spaghetti : 200 g

  1. Cut ham into thin strips and chop garlic.

  2. Grate parmesan and mix it in a bowl with cream and yolks. Stir properly.

  3. Boil spaghetti according to package instructions, meanwhile take a pan, pour in oil and fry garlic.

  4. Add ham and continue to fry during 2 minutes.

  5. Cooked spaghetti place in a collander, then throw again in the pan, add garlic, ham and cream sauce, heat on a medium flame during 2-3 minutes.
