Have you ever tasted Turkish Tomato Soup, it is really delicious, simple and substantial. It is very easy to cook, besides it is not weight gaining (if not include the toasts that may be served with soup) and can easily improve your mood.
Ingredients
- spices: 1 tsp (as per taste)
- garlic: 3 clove
- sour cream: 50 g
- water: 4 cup
- salt: 1 tsp
- vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
- tomato paste: 1 Tbsp
- flour: 3 Tbsp
- tomatoes: 8 piece

Place tomatoes in a boiled water for 30 seconds then place in a cold water, for thus you can easily peel them.

Slice or chop peeled tomatoes.

Pre-heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and add flour. Fry on a medium flame until it is golden.

Now add tomato paste, stir and continue to fry during 3-4 minutes.

It is time to add tomatoes and pressed or chopped garlic. Stir all the time and fry during 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a pan, add water and boil on a medium flame.

Stir from time to time and heat until reaches boiling. Add salt and spices, reduce the heat and proccess with a blender.

Live it on a law flame for 5 minutes.
