Prepare the ingredients. Wash the fish under running water. Peel off skin, cut into large cubes.
-
Prepare the marinade: melt the butter in a small frying pan or saucepan.Add sugar, stirring constantly.
-
Peel the garlic, pass through a press. Add soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, rosemary leaves and 15 drops of tabasco to the stewpan. For those who like more spicy, you can increase the amount of Tabasco sauce by 5-7 drops. Mix. Put a small amount of marinade in a small bowl, add a teaspoon of flour and mix.

Pour the fish with the resulting sauce, grease each piece well, add salt to taste. Cover with film and leave to marinate for half an hour.
-
Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees. Pieces of fish put in a baking dish in one layer and put to bake for 20 minutes. Serve the salmon sprinkled with white or black sesame seeds.
