- shrimp: 1 pound (peeled and deveined)
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- ginger: 1 tsp (grated)
- soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
- Sriracha sauce (adjust according to spice preference): 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
- bell pepper: 1 piece (sliced)
- broccoli florets: 1 cup
- snap peas: 1 cup
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
- Steamed rice: (for serving)
- green onions: (chopped, for garnish, fresh)

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp to the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink. Turn the shrimp over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and pour the garlic-ginger sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss to coat everything evenly.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the shrimp and vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
