  • shrimp: 1 pound (peeled and deveined)
  • garlic: 3 clove (minced)
  • ginger: 1 tsp (grated)
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce (adjust according to spice preference): 1 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
  • bell pepper: 1 piece (sliced)
  • broccoli florets: 1 cup
  • snap peas: 1 cup
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
  • Steamed rice: (for serving)
