Ingredients
- pork: 400 g
- dry bread crumbs: 0.5 cup (milled)
- garlic: 6 clove
- oil: 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice: 50 ml
- parsley: 1 bunch
- lettuce: 3 piece
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- fennel: 1 bunch
- tomatoes: 1 piece
- cucumber: 1 piece
- cilantro: 1 bunch
- soy sauce: 6 Tbsp
- Adjika sauce: 2 tsp
- honey: 1 tsp

Wash and cut the pork into 2 pieces about 200 g each.

Cover them with food wrap and pound on both sides a bit, then dry with paper towels.

To cook the marinade for the meat, mix soy sauce and adjika sauce.

Juice the lemon and add the fresh juice into the marinade.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey.

Put the pieces of meat into a glass bowl and pour with the spicy marinade. Leave the meat in the marinade for the night, turning it from time to time.

Peel the garlic and separate it into cloves.

Press the garlic.

Mix the garlic with dry milled bread crumbs. Chop the fennel, cilantro and parsley. Mix with salt and black pepper.

Add oil and mix the marinade well.

Cover the pieces of meat with the garlic mixture.

Fry on the well-heated frying pan on oil on both sides until the meat is ready.

Sprinkle the ready-made dish with lemon juice and serve hot with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, chopped fennel and parsley.
