Very tender and aromatic cookies will surely become a beloved one recipe of the whole family. You may add any jam you like, it doesn’t matter. Experiment and enjoy!
Ingredients
- jam: 150 g
- salt: 1 pinch
- flour: 320 g
- sugar: 2 Tbsp
- butter: 230 g
- curd: 170 g
- sugar powder: 1 tsp (to sprinkle)

In a large bowl mix curd, butter, sugar and salt. Whisk for 2 minutes.

Add flour in several steps, whisking all the time. All in all you have to get a smooth dough.

Knead the dough until it is non-stick. Make a ball out of the dough.

Roll the dough approximately 3 mm in width. Make out of it squares, 6 cm in length and width.

Place one jam at the center of every square.

Take two edges and connect, thus you’ll get something like tie.

Do the same with the rest of the dough squares.

Place on the baking paper and bake in the pre-heated to 175C (350F) degrees oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Cool baked cookies and sprinkle over sugar powder. Serve!
