Ingredients

  • ounces fresh, ground spicy pork sausage: 28 piece
  • uncooked long-grain rice: 1 cup
  • slice onion: 1 piece (diced)
  • garlic: 3 clove (minced)
  • green bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
  • red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
  • whole peeled tomatoes: 1 can (28 ounce can, crushed)
  • chicken broth: 1 cup
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper: 1 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
