- spinach leaves: 2 cups (fresh)
- pumpkin, peeled, deseeded, and: 1 piece (cubed)
- onion: 1 piece (sliced)
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- balsamic vinegar: 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
