| Added by: | All author's recipes 494 | All author's tips 12 | Rating: likes 3, dislikes: 1

Spring pea and mint soup tastes very refreshing and unusual. This is not to mention its green saturated color that makes it stand it from the crowd. What’s more, the soup is gluten-free and very healthy! A great choice for vegans and those people, who take care of their health!

  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
  • green peas: 6 cup (fresh or thawn)
