Beer margaritas get a flavorful twist with strawberries! Change the flavors by changing the fruit. Mangoes or raspberries work nicely as well!
Ingredients
- strawberries, hulled and cut into chunks: 1 pound (fresh)
- fluid ounces white tequila: 12 piece
- lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage: 1 bottle (12 fluid ounce bottle)
- light beer: 1 bottle (12 fluid ounce bottle)
- frozen limeade concentrate: 1 can (12 fluid ounce can, thawed)
- ice: (or as needed)
- kosher salt for rimming glasses: 1 tsp

Put strawberry chunks in a bowl. Pour tequila over strawberries. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Blend strawberries and tequila in a blender until fully pureed; strain into a large pitcher to remove seeds.

Stir strained berry mixture, soda, beer, and limeade concentrate together in a pitcher. Add ice cubes to chill. Rim glasses with salt before pouring margaritas.
