This delicious and gentle strawberry cheesecake with chocolate will surprise your family and friends. It is easy to cook, contains simple ingredients and does not take much time to be cooked!
Take 50 g of dark chocolate, break it into pieces, add butter and melt everything in a microwave oven or on the water-bath
Mill the butter cookies and add to the melted butter with chocolate. Stir everything well
Take the cake hoop (22 cm in diameter), lay the bottom of it with foil to prevent the topping from leaking. Put the dough and spread it with your fingers. Place the form into a fridge
Take 150 gr of dark chocolate, cut it into pieces and add 100 ml of cream. Warm it a bit on the water-bath until the chocolate dissolves in the cream
To cook the topping, just pass the cottage cheese through the sieve, add 400 ml of cream, brown sugar. Stir everything using a mixer.
Add melted and a bit cooled chocolate to the cottage cheese. Stir everything well once again
Cover gelatin with water according to the instructions mentioned on the package. You can do that in advance not to waste time afterwards. Warm up the gelatin a bit. Do not forget to stir it well, while warming it up until it completely dissolves. Do not wait until it boils. Leave the gelatin to cool down a bit.
Wash and cut the strawberries. Add it to the topping along with gelatin, stir everything well once again.
Take the form out from the fridge, pour the topping on it, make it even and smooth. You should do that quickly, because the topping may become set. Put the form into the fridge again for about 4 hours.
Take the form away from the fridge, remove the sides of it. If there are any problems removing the cake, you can use a knife.
Your cheesecake with strawberries and chocolate is finally ready! You can decorate it with the shredded coconut, chopped or grated chocolate or mint. Good luck!
