- seeded watermelon: 4 cups (cubed)
- fresh strawberries: 2 cups (sliced)
- peaches: 2 piece (cut into cubes, fresh)
- nectarines: 2 piece (cut into cubes)
- red Anjou pear: 1 piece (cut into cubes)
- seedless grapes: 1 cup (halved)
- lemons: 2 piece (juiced)
- fresh mint (chocolate mint preferred): 0.25 cup (minced)
- lemon, zested: 0.5 piece
- honey (fireweed honey preferred): 1 Tbsp
