Sweet apple pie without sugar on oatmeal and nuts is one of the best healthy apple dessert recipes! You can experiment with the stuffing by adding raisins, dates, and cranberries. Or with dough, changing the flour to your favorite, for example, wholegrain or wheat, and replacing almonds with hazelnuts or walnuts! This tart becomes tastier after it cools or is infused over the course of a day.

Prepare the filling: peel the apple and pear and cut into small cubes. Mix in a pan with 100 ml of water, cinnamon, honey and anise. Put the pot on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes until the fruit is soft.

Remove the anise and blend the mixture until smooth.

The remaining 4 apples and pear cut into cubes and mix with the prepared puree - this will be the filling of the cake. Put it aside.

Prepare the dough: chop the almonds in a blender. Combine in a bowl flour, oatmeal and ground almonds, mix. Add to them honey and slightly heated to a liquid state coconut oil. If honey is not liquid enough, it should be heated in a water bath with coconut oil. Knead the dough for the base of the cake. If it turns out too dry, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Coat the form with coconut oil and sprinkle with flour. Laying out the dough with your hands, form the bottom and sides of the cake base.
