Ingredients

  • water: 2 litre
  • sugar: 1 cup
  • orange: 1 piece
  • cherry: 1 cup
  • black currant: 0.5 cup
  • cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • blueberry: 0.5 cup
  • apple: 1 piece
  • clove: 4 piece
  • black tea: 2 piece (teabags, can be replaced with fruit tea)

  1. Wash and dry the berries first.

  2. Peel an apple and an orange and cut them into small cubes. Mix the fruit with the berries and put them on a baking pan.

  3. Then mix cinnamon with sugar and cloves.

  4. Dredge the berries and fruit with sugar.

  5. Heat the oven to 180 C (356 F) and bake the berries for 30 minutes.

  6. Pour 2 teabags with 2 liters of hot boiling water. Wait for 3-5 minutes and remove the teabags. Add baked berries and fruit to the tea. Serve the drink cold or hot! Enjoy!
