- butter: 1 cup (softened)
- white sugar: 0.5 cup
- ½ cups white sugar: 1 piece
- all-purpose flour: 0.25 cup
- eggs: 4 piece
- lemons: 2 piece (juiced)

To make the crust: Blend 2 cups flour, softened butter, and 1/2 cup sugar in a medium bowl until well combined; press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
