Ingredients
- peanut oil: 1 Tbsp
- firm tofu: 1 pound (cubed)
- head broccoli: 1 piece (chopped)
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- mushrooms: 5 piece (sliced, fresh)
- peanut butter: 0.5 cup
- hot water: 0.5 cup
- vinegar: 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
- ½ tablespoons molasses: 1 piece
- ground cayenne pepper: (to taste)

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté tofu, broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
