This is a copycat Tom Cruise cake, aka the white chocolate coconut Bundt cake that Tom Cruise sends every Christmas to a select list of friends — it is definitely worth jumping on a couch for in my opinion!

- baking powder: 0.5 tsp
- white sugar: 3 cups
- unsalted butter: 1 cup (softened)
- eggs, at room temperature: 6 piece
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- coconut extract: 1 tsp
- sour cream: 1 cup
- sweetened flaked coconut: 2 cups
- white chocolate chips: 1 cup
- ounces cream cheese, at room temperature: 4 piece
- unsalted butter: 0.25 cup (softened)
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- salt: 0.125 tsp
- powdered sugar: 2 cups
- heavy cream: 2 Tbsp
- ½ cups sweetened flaked coconut: 1 piece
