This refreshing tuna tostadas recipe is great for a hot summer day! White albacore tuna, onion, and corn are mixed with the flavors of lime, cilantro, and piquant hot sauce. Serve on a tostada or in a taco shell!
Ingredients
- solid white tuna packed in water: 3 cans (5 ounce cans, drained)
- sweet corn: 0.5 can (10 ounce can, drained)
- onion: 0.5 piece (chopped)
- bunch cilantro: 1 piece (chopped)
- salsa: 2 Tbsp
- lime: 1 piece (juiced)
- hot sauce: (to taste)
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
- sour cream: (for topping)
- tostada shells: 8 piece
