Ingredients

  • Savoiardi biscuits : 12 piece
  • soy milk : 250 ml
  • semola : 5 Tbsp
  • sugar : 8 Tbsp
  • water : 100 ml
  • vanilla essence : 2 ml
  • lemon juice : 2 Tbsp
  • instant coffee : 80 ml
  • cocoa powder : 2 Tbsp
  • dairy-free vegan margarine : 80 g

Stages of cooking

  1. Take coffee, pour it into a cup or a bowl and soak Savoiardi biscuits in it. Take a form for your tiramisu and put the first layer of biscuits inside it.

  2. Mix soy milk with water and boil on medium fire

  3. Mix semola with sugar and milk.  Cook dense and sweet semolina. While it is still hot, add dairy-free vegan margarine, lemon juice and vanilla essence.

  4. Mix all the ingredients well until your get the cream-like mass. The aroma will be fantastic!

  5. Now, cover the first layer of biscuits with the cream you have just cooked. Then put another layer of biscuits above and spoon one more layer of cream. Do not forget to soak your Savoiardi biscuits in coffee before putting them into a baking form.

  6. Dredge your vegan tiramisu with cocoa powder and voila! It is ready! Put it into the fridge for the night, cut into pieces and enjoy!
