- butter: 100 g
- lemon: 1 piece
- dill: 2 Tbsp
- black pepper: 1 tsp
- salt: 2 pinch
- olive oil: 3 Tbsp
- salmon: 500 g

Place butter in a bowl and knead it with a spoon properly.

Wash lemon and peel. Grate the peel.
