All the dishes prepared in a pot like this are especially delicious and aromatic. This easy and tasty vegetarian dish is absolutely healthy and substantial. It is flavoured and nice. Fill your house with its tasty smell.

Ingredients

  • salt: 2 pinch
  • spices: 1 tsp
  • ginger: 0.5 tsp (grated)
  • basil: 0.5 tsp
  • greens: 1 cup
  • butter: 1 Tbsp
  • water: 0.5 cup
  • eggplant: 1 piece
  • potato: 5 piece

  1. Slice eggplant and then dip into salt water for 10 minutes. Rinse the eggplant in running water and then dice. Fry during several minutes.

  3. Place potatoe in a bowl and sprinkle over salt and all the spices you have prepared.

  4. Take pots and spread butter all over inside.

  5. First place one layer of potatoes, then eggplant, greens, again potatoes and so on. You may choose your way how to layer vegetables. Bake into pre-heated to 200 C (390 F) degrees oven for about 30 minutes.
