This vegetarian coffee pie with dried plums will not leave indifferent even those people, who do not stick to the vegetarian diet – so delicious, aromatic and extraordinary it is! The pie is easy to cook and does not contains eggs and oil at all. Hurry up to cook it right away!
Ingredients
- brewed coffee: 250 ml (fresh)
- plums: 100 g (dried)
- walnuts: 100 g
- honey: 2 Tbsp
- sugar: 100 g
- baking soda: 1 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- whole-wheat flour: 250 g

Brew and strain strong coffee.

Add honey and sugar, mix them until they completely dissolve.

Wash dried plums and chop them well.

Chop the walnuts with a knife.

Mix walnuts with dried plums in a bowl. Add baking soda and salt.

Strain the flour and mix it with walnuts and dried plums.

Add coffee with honey, sugar, and mix everything well. The batter should be dense, so you can add more flour if needed.

Oil the baking form and dredge it with flour. If you use silicon baking form, you don’t have to oil it.

Pour the batter into the baking form and bake at 180 C (356 F) for about 40-45 minutes until the pie it ready. Check the condition with a toothpick. Let the pie cool down a bit, dredge it with sugar powder, melted black chocolate and enjoy it with your loved ones!
