This spaghetti with Italian tomato sauce is a perfect side dish or a main course, which will appeal to your family and friends. The spaghetti is served with appetizing and aromatic Italian tomato sauce that will not disappoint your expectations!
Ingredients
- spaghetti: 500 g
- meat: 400 g (minced)
- tomatoes: 3 piece (large)
- onion: 1 piece (large)
- garlic: 2 clove
- tomato paste: 3 cup
- sugar: 0.5 cup
- caraway: 1 cup
- basil: 0.5 bunch
- tarragon: 0.5 bunch
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- parsley: 0.5 bunch
- hard cheese: 100 g
- oil: 2 Tbsp

Stages of cooking
- 
                                        Warm oil on a frying pan, chop the garlic and fry it for a minute.   
- 
                                        Add chopped onion and fry it until it is half-ready   
- 
                                        Then add minced meat and keep frying until the water evaporates and the meat becomes light brown   
- 
                                        Pour hot boiling water on the tomatoes, peel them and blend well. Add salt, black pepper, basil, estragon, caraway, sugar, tomato paste and mix everything well.

                                        Add the sauce to the meat and stew on small fire under the lid about 20 minutes until the sauce becomes denser.   
- 
                                        Keep stirring the dish and add salt if necessary.   
- 
                                        As soon as the meat with sauce are almost ready, boil spaghetti, strain them and serve with sauce, meat, fine grated cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy the dish!
