This vegetarian haricot soup cooked in a crock pot will become the highlight of your family dinner. It is delicious and so aromatic! The soup consists of unusual ingredients, which will appeal to your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Cannelini beans: 480 g
  • colored beads: 480 g
  • water: 3 cup
  • vegetable broth: 910 ml
  • onion: 1 piece
  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • canned tomatoes: 410 ml
  • hot salsa sauce: 340 ml
  • smoked sweet pepper: 2 Tbsp
  • caraway: 2 Tbsp
  • garlic: 2 piece

  6. Add grated garlic, when the onion is almost cooked. Put onion and garlic into the crock pot

  7. Add tomatoes, salsa sauce, sweet pepper and caraway. Add water, stir everything well and cover the pot. Boil at “high” temperature for 2 hours, then turn the temperature down a bit and continue cooking for 4 more hours.
