A wonderful light Waldorf Salad without mayo. The flavors of the apples, walnuts, and raisins are so clean and fresh. It never fails to please.

Ingredients

  • Red Delicious apples, cored and: 2 piece (diced)
  • Granny Smith apples, cored and: 2 piece (diced)
  • stalks celery: 4 piece (diced)
  • walnuts: 1 cup (toasted)
  • raisins: 0.5 cup
  • walnut oil: 2 Tbsp
  • cider vinegar: 1 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • pepper: 0.5 tsp
