This warm salad would be ideal for some special occasion. It is easy and, besides, low in calories, it is not heavy, so you can easily cook it for dinner.


  • wine vinegar : 1 Tbsp
  • Powdered coriander : 1 tsp
  • olive oil : 2 Tbsp
  • green onion : 2 piece
  • onion : 1 piece (medium)
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • cherry tomatoes : 5 piece
  • egg : 2 piece
  • asparagus : 150 g

Stages of cooking

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

  2. First place asparagus in water for several minutes for soaking. Boil water in a pan, then put in asparagus and boil during 3-4 minutes. Then place it in icy water.

  3. Place asparagus on paper napkins to dry.

  4. Boil eggs until they become soft-boiled. It is about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Chop onion.

  6. Fry chopped onion in a frying pan, adding olive oil. Meanwhile chop garlic and green onion.

  7. Now add coriander.

  8. Slice tomatoes and throw them into the frying pan.

  9. Mix ingredients and pour in wine vinegar and add green onion and garlic.

  10. Fry all ingredients like several minutes and then put off the flame.First on the plate place asparagus and then salad over it. Cut eggs in two and decorate. Enjoy!
