A creamy restaurant-style white cheese dip. Goes great with tortilla chips or as a topping for any Mexican dish.

Ingredients

  • ounces white American cheese: 24 piece (cubed)
  • ounces Monterey Jack cheese: 12 piece (cubed)
  • pint half-and-half: 1 piece
  • pint heavy whipping cream: 1 piece
  • Jalapeno peppers: 1 can (4 ounce can, drained, diced)
  • frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry: 1 cup

  1. Combine American cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, half-and-half, cream, and jalapeno peppers in a large saucepan over medium-low heat; gradually stir spinach into mixture, a few tablespoons at a time. Cook and stir dip until melted and smooth, 15 to 20 minutes.
