These white chocolate cranberry cookies are flavored with brandy instead of vanilla. Great for Thanksgiving or Christmas!
Ingredients
- packed brown sugar: 0.5 cup
- white sugar: 0.5 cup
- unsalted butter: 0.5 cup (softened)
- egg: 1 piece
- brandy: 1 Tbsp
- ½ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
- baking soda: 0.5 tsp
- cranberries: 1 cup (dried)
- white chocolate chips: 0.75 cup

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 2 cookie sheets.
