This Oreo fudge is the best! It's sweet and chocolaty, with loads of cookie pieces. It's a pretty addition to any holiday dessert platter.
Ingredients
- white sugar: 3 cups
- butter: 0.75 cup
- evaporated milk: 0.66667 cup
- white chocolate chips: 2 cups
- marshmallow creme: 1 jar (7 ounce jar)
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo): 0.5 cup
- chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo): 1 cup (crushed)

Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper; set aside.

Bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring constantly; cook and stir at a boil until mixture is smooth, 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Mix in white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme until melted, then stir in vanilla. Fold in 1/2 cup crumbled cookies until just incorporated. Spread fudge into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle 1 cup crushed cookies evenly over the top. Press crushed cookies lightly into fudge. Cool at room temperature until set, then cut into small squares to serve.
