Yorkshire pudding is traditionally easy and quickly cooked dish. It will not take you much time to make it. Serve yorkshire pudding with beef and grave or serve as a dessert, up to you.
Ingredients
- vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- egg: 3 piece
- milk: 280 ml
- flour: 120 g

Take a muffin tray and spread vegetable oil over it. Place into a pre-heated to 220 degrees oven.

In a large bowl whisk eggs and flour.

Add milk and salt and blend everything properly.

Take the muffin tray out of the oven and pour in batter. If it does not start to sizzle immediately, stop and continue to heat and try again.

Bake during 15-20 minutes until it is risen, golden brown and slightly crisp. Place on the middle shelf.

Take the muffin tray out of the oven and remove pudding of the tray, serve as soon as possible.
