This zucchini bread recipe makes two loaves of moist, tangy, chocolate chip-studded bread that's great for gifting during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour: 3 cups
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • baking soda: 1 tsp
  • baking powder: 0.25 tsp
  • white sugar: 2 cups
  • vegetable oil: 1 cup
  • eggs: 3 piece
  • zucchini: 2 cups (grated)
  • sour cream: 0.5 cup
  • semisweet chocolate chips: 1 cup

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
