This is a great recipe to use up that leftover Christmas, Easter, or anytime ham! We serve this over steamed broccoli or mashed potatoes. Also delicious using low-fat ingredients!
Ingredients
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp (or as needed)
- boneless, skinless chicken breast: 1 pound (cubed)
- paprika: 0.125 tsp (to taste)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
- medium yellow onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- fully cooked ham: 2 cups (cubed)
- condensed cream of chicken soup: 1 can (10.5 ounce can)
- cream of broccoli soup: 1 can (10.5 ounce can)
- sour cream: 1 cup
- ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese: 1 piece
- chicken broth: 0.5 cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Coat the hot pan with olive oil; add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add ham and cook for 2 more minutes.

Mix condensed soups, sour cream, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, and chicken broth together in a separate bowl. Add to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined. Transfer to a large casserole dish and top with remaining Swiss cheese.

Cook in the preheated oven until casserole is cooked through and cheese is melted, 20 to 25 minutes.
