Seasoned breakfast potatoes made easy in the air fryer. No need to stand over a skillet and babysit. Throw them in the air fryer for 10 minutes, shake, and cook 10 minutes more. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside.

- russet potatoes, peeled and: 1 pound (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- onion powder: 0.5 tsp
- paprika: 0.5 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp

Place potatoes in a large bowl, cover with cold water, and let sit for 30 minutes.

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add olive oil, salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper to potatoes; stir until evenly combined. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket.
