Stages of cooking
-
Sift out flour, corn starch and yeast powder. Soak cranberries in the rum
-
Whip the eggs until their amount becomes three times larger than before. Do not stop whipping, but add sugar and vanilla. Whip until the sugar dissolves
-
Add oil and continue whipping at medium speed
-
Add cranberries, half of the hazelnuts and stir everything with a spoon
-
Add milk and flour in two steps and stir everything once again
-
You should eventually get dense dough
-
Spread the dough on the bottom of the baking form, which should be at least 23 cm in diameter. Do not forget to cover the bottom of the form with baking paper. Put the peeled apple slices above the dough, decorate the pie with cranberries, lemon zest and the rest of the hazelnuts
-
Bake the pie in the pre-heated to 180 degrees oven for about 60-70 minutes. Leave it to cool down a bit and then remove the pie from the baking form carefully. That’s it! Your apple cranberry pie with hazelnuts is now ready! Enjoy!
