Kids adore sweets and other treats, but not all of them that are available on sale nowadays are healthy. If you wish to surprise your children with multi-colored homemade candies, then keep reading this fantastic recipe!
Ingredients
- shortbread cookies: 6 piece
- cream cheese: 250 g
- coconut: 50 g (shredded)
- dark chocolate 75%: 40 g
- butter: 20 g
- sprinkles: 30 g

Mill the biscuits using a blender. You can do that manually if the biscuits are crispy

Add shredded coconuts, cream cheese and knead the “dough”

Melt dark chocolate and butter in a pot and pour it into a deep bowl. Place a dish with sprinkles next to the bowl and prepare toothpicks, orange or any other fruit you can use to stick in the ready-made candies

Now, it is high time to make candies. Take a bit of your “sweet dough” and make a small ball. This is very simple and fast, so you can ask your child to help you do that.

Then stick the candy on a toothpick, plunge it into melted chocolate and then cover it with multi-colored sprinkles. Stick the ready-made candies into an orange and wait until they dry.

I have made six candies of the “dough” I’ve prepared. Leave them in a freezer for around 7-10 minutes and place them on a serving dish. Decorate the candies to your liking. May your kids enjoy the dessert!
