- beef pot roast: 2 pound
- potatoes, cut into chunks: 4 piece
- baby carrots: 2 cups
- tomato, cut into chunks: 1 piece
- yellow onion, cut into chunks: 0.5 piece
- tomato sauce: 1 can (6.5 ounce can)
- water: 0.5 cup
