  • oregano: 2 tsp (dried)
  • beef pot roast: 2 pound
  • potatoes, cut into chunks: 4 piece
  • baby carrots: 2 cups
  • tomato, cut into chunks: 1 piece
  • yellow onion, cut into chunks: 0.5 piece
  • tomato sauce: 1 can (6.5 ounce can)
  • water: 0.5 cup
