This avocado and feta dip is a chunky, savory summer salsa that tastes great with pita or tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- plum tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped)
- ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and: 1 piece (chopped)
- red onion: 0.25 cup (finely chopped)
- clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
- snipped fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp
- fresh oregano: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- red or white wine vinegar: 1 Tbsp
- ounces crumbled feta cheese: 4 piece
